Application #1: Dewatering, Filtering+ Separating

KEYLIFE Vacuum filter belts are used in vacuum belt filters to dewater the gypsum that accumulates during fertilizer production. KEYLIFE developed 63 series and DRY FL series for this application. The belts manufactured from singleply polyester are highly robust and ensure fast and efficient dewatering of the phosphogypsum.

In additional to this application, these filter belts can be used for the phosphoric acid process, for example, to dewatering the slurry of wet-process phosphoric acid produced from sulfuric decomposition of apatite concentrate in semihydrate regime.

These belts from KEYLIFE come with a flat hook seam and can be supplied as stock goods or custom-manufactured products.

KEYLIFE Vacuum filter belt is used in vacuum belt filters to dewater the gypsum that accumulates in coal-fired power stations. KEYLIFE developed the 22904 series specifically for this application.

This robust mesh ensures significantly greater air and water permeability with its large number of openings, resulting in filter cake with low residual moisture.

These filter belts for flue gas desulfurization are manufactured from single-ply polyester fabrics and closed with a flat hook seam.
