On Site Measurement for Customers

Keylife carried out on site measurement at a customer in southern China because they complained about recurring formation problems (every 10 cm) on the reel spool.
The problem had intensified over the course of the last few weeks and therefore they wanted to get to the bottom of the cause in order to localise the problem and also to eliminate it later.
Frequencies were measured out which, after an analysis of the approach-flowsystem, could be assigned to two different sorters. The customer now knew where to look for the fault and was very satisfied.
