Keylife Initiated Lean Training

Keylife has started a LEAN class with 10 white belt candidates.

To kick off the program, they learned about Lean foundations of Process Flow, 5S Visual Workplace, and the eight Lean Wastes. The associates then selected projects for their specific work areas. They will follow the Lean DMAIC process for their implementation.

Keylife has a high expectation on the introduction of lean to the company,  for the improvement of quality, lead time and cost management on its paper machine clothing(forming wire, dryer screen) and filter belt products
